“It is wonderful to have a new way to continue my relationships with Wesley Seminary, its mission, its faculty and its students.  I am honored to be numbered among Wesley’s affiliate faculty members,” said Dr. Fosua.

Dr. Colleen Derr, President of Wesley Seminary, said, “We are thrilled that Dr. Fosua has agreed to continue a formal relationship with Wesley through her role as Affiliate Faculty following her retirement from full-time Faculty service this past year.  Safiyah has been incredibly valuable to Wesley through her teaching expertise, her knowledge in the fields of spiritual formation, worship, and practical theology, and in the discerning wisdom she brings to conversations on mission and vision.  It is a blessing to know she is still "at the table" with us through this new role.”
