IWU Sponsors EPA/ACP Convention

Indiana Wesleyan University was one of four platinum sponsors of the joint convention of the Evangelical Press Association and Association of Church Press, which drew about 300 people May 6-8 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Indianapolis.

Several representatives of the IWU Marketing Department and of IWU's Graduate Ministry Department represented the University at the convention. IWU used the convention to share information about the new Master in Divinity degree, which will be offered in the fall of 2009.

Dr. Bob Whitesell, a professor in the Graduate Ministry Department, led morning devotions at the convention and signed copies of his new book, Preparing for Change Reaction: How to Introduce Change in Your Church, which was published by Wesleyan Publishing House.

Rev. Russ Gunsalus spoke at the closing banquet of the convention. Gunsalus is Chair of IWU's Graduate Ministry Department.
