Rev. Stanley K. Hoover, an experienced pastor and church administrator, has served as district superintendent of the Chesapeake District of The Wesleyan Church since 2000, which has grown every year under his leadership. In addition to annual gains in primary worship attendance, five thriving churches have been planted with a strong focus on diversity.
